You will be eligible for our health insurance plans on the first (1st) of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Freedom Buildings will pay $250 per month for the employee’s plan of choice.
Farm Bureau Life
You will be eligible for our life insurance plans on the first (1st) of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Freedom Buildings currently pays 100% of the premium for employee coverage. We offer a $25,000 20-year term life policy (Subject to underwriting).
Freedom Buildings offers a dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% of your salary. You will be eligible on the first (1st) of the month following sixty (60) days of employment.
You will be eligible for our dental insurance plans on the first (1st) of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Dental insurance benefits are paid by the employee.
You will be eligible for our vision insurance plans on the first (1st) of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. Vision insurance benefits are paid by the employee.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
You will begin earning PTO after 90 days of employment. Accumulation of paid time off is based upon years of service as stated below:
- 0-3 years: 1.53 hours PTO per pay period (80 hours per year)
- 3+ year: 2.3 hours PTO per pay period (120 hours per year)
All full-time employees will be paid 8 hours for the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. There is a 90-day probationary period for all new employees. If a holiday falls within the 90-day probationary period, the employee will not be paid for that holiday.
CURRENT JOB OPENINGS
The Building Installer is responsible for daily aspects of building projects including delivery, installation, and construction of fabric buildings while remaining within established timelines and budgets. Must follow all regulatory and safety guidelines. The installer must have knowledge and be skilled with hand and power tools. Must be comfortable working with heights.
Our commercial, agricultural, and government projects are sold and installed throughout the United States. It is stand for our install crews to be home on the weekends.

- 2+ years construction experience
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to travel and stay overnight
$16.00/hr + DOE
